Rachel is an experienced NAET practitioner and recertification instructor and regularly attends conferences and courses particularly in specialised advanced techniques.
Rachel is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist and a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), professional and regulatory bodies that ensure that all registered Nutritional Therapists have been trained to a high standard in both the science of nutrition and clinical practice as well as adhering to a strict code of ethics. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Functional Medicine and currently training in Health Coaching through the Functional Medicine Coaching academy in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Rachel's effectiveness as a NAET Therapist is greatly enhanced by her understanding of the possible underlying metabolic, nutritional or health problems.
She has a particular interest in food intolerances and allergies having experienced first hand how debilitating and restrictive life can be with food sensitivities, especially for children and also how food sensitivities can affect behaviour and mood in both adults and children including children with autism.
Rachel works at 2 busy clinics as a Nutritional Therapist and NAET Practitioner.
